If the throttle is moved into the AB position, there is a small range of movement where the AB is modulated ?
Overall, works more like "on/off" as on an F-100 ?
And not in steps/stages as on US motors with 5 to 8 stages of AB.

R 530 designation/name were also split into Mirage III/5 and F1 variants, apparently. R 530 E = MIII/5 - suffix "E" for EM/radar variant in this case, with IR suffix if the IR homing head is used - thats how I understand it presently..but I also remember that I have read about other interpretations/...

S530F max firing range should be 25 km, IIRC. Thats about 13.5 nm.
The radar range and scale markers on EQs is metric (km).

It is either 6/28 or 6/29. I tend to 6/29 on the base that it is already painted, while the gate guard initially had a coat of light-blue all-over. Possibly on a previously unpainted a/c. The "F1C 202" at EALC is 6/30, 100%. Another pic of the fuselage at Tarbes (posted by "eclipse" on britmodeller....
