We are sorry for the delay, but please note that we had always assumed the completion of the product delivery based on the information from the manufacturer. For example, this week the performance of our partner factory was affected by the national holidays in China. Therefore, they had requested from us another 5 to 10 days for the final products assembly.
Based on the sample we previously showed here, we had to make some minor changes to the motors positions to increase the user comfort. This change will not affect the outer design. In the meantime, we were also investigating a problem that appeared with the electronic circuit boards from one of the first batches ordered.
In the next week, you can look forward to the final product photos and the product video, which will be available on our website.

On Saturday, October 20th, the first batch of 45 pieces will be completed.
The delivery to our EU warehouse will take another six days. Once the stocks reach our warehouse, we will begin the shipping as soon as possible.
We strongly believe the next batch of 50 another pieces and others will soon follow after. The shipping to our customers will be done in several waves. We will keep you updated once we receive an update from the factory.
We understand and share the anger some of you may feel following our previous delay announcements. Sometimes things don't go our way. We had always assumed the completion of the product delivery based on the information from the manufacturer. But having waited a long time from the delays we decided to offer both SimShaker software packages to the first 200 pre-orders (for your confirmation, please use the provided email contact).

We are working hard to bring the SimShaker Wheels and Wings compatibility with ForceFeel as soon as possible. Andrey, the SimShaker developer, has already made the pre-arrangement of integration in SimShaker, but he will need to check the physical product in order to trigger the integration. We think it should not take long to release the beta version, we expect within 5-10 days.
For the current customers, who have already received the ForceFeel, we offer to extend the standard 14 days return period until the software integration will be solved, for you to test the ForceFeel product in its all functions.
Is the initial production run completed?
Yes, the ForceFeels are produced in enough quantity to fulfil the rest of pre-orders and future orders. As we have mentioned earlier, most of the products will be shipped to our warehouse via the ocean freight. This batch is already on the way, it will take approximately 30 days to reach our European port. We will inform you once we will know the exact date of the delivery.
ça manque de comm quand même , ça fait 2 semaines que leurs cartons sont arrivés dans leur warehouse et qu'ils doivent dispatcher ....
Ah moins que leurs premiers clients soients au Groenland je ne comprends pas ces délais et je m'impatiente ...
