Has anyone been able to fly this campaign after installing PF?

When I load it, the movie runs, but when I select the mission, it loads and then as it is appearing on my screen, the aircraft drops about 10 feet straight down and s damaged and cannot fly....

Bonjour monsieur! about 18 months ago you made a special Hi Resolutuion file for me for Jane's f-18. I was running on a laptop at 1400 x 1050 resoultion. I have since upgraded to a new computer with 1440 x 900 resolution. Could you be so kind as to adjust the files you previously sent me to fit this...
